By creating an account or running a scan on Jiffy CV, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree, you cannot use our service.

1. Who You Are Contracting With

Jiffy CV is operated by Tivara Technologies (“we”, “us”). “You” refers to the person using the service.

2. The AI Disclaimer & Your Responsibility (Please Read This)

Jiffy CV uses artificial intelligence to format and rewrite your resume based on the text you provide. Because AI is a machine, it can occasionally misinterpret data or generate inaccurate text (often called "hallucinations").

• You are the final editor: You agree that it is 100% your responsibility to read, review, and verify every single word on your generated resume before you download it or submit it to an employer.
• No background checks: We do not verify the truthfulness of the work history you upload. You may not use our tool to generate fraudulent or entirely fake resumes.
• No hiring guarantees: Jiffy CV is an optimization tool. We do not guarantee that you will secure an interview, land a job, or pass an employer's proprietary Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Dynamic & Probabilistic Scoring: Jiffy CV’s AI evaluates documents dynamically. Because our system mimics human reasoning rather than rigid mathematical formulas, running the exact same resume and job description multiple times may result in slight variations in your ATS match score or suggested rewrites. You acknowledge that these variations are a normal function of artificial intelligence and do not constitute a defect or failure of the service.

3. Account Rules & Acceptable Use

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your login secure. One person, one account. You agree not to:

• Upload someone else's private resume without their explicit permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our software, scrape our data, or bypass our payment systems.
• Upload malware or any content that violates Indian law.

We reserve the right to instantly ban any account that violates these rules.

4. Plans, Payments, and Digital Delivery

• One-Time Purchases: Paid plans on Jiffy CV are one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions. We do not store your credit card on file, and there are no hidden recurring charges.
• Scan Quotas: A scan is consumed the moment it runs, even if the AI concludes that your base resume is a poor match for the job description.
• Digital Delivery: Jiffy CV provides digital services only. After a successful payment, the purchased plan and its included tailoring credits are activated on your account immediately. Resume outputs are generated when you use those credits within the Jiffy CV application. No physical goods are shipped.
• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.

5. Your Data & Ownership

The base resume you upload belongs to you. The optimized resume you generate belongs to you. You grant us a temporary license to process your text solely so our AI can do its job. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.

6. Cap on Liability (The Worst-Case Scenario)

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Tivara Technologies is not legally or financially liable for any indirect or consequential loss—including lost employment opportunities, lost income, employer disputes, or data loss—arising from your use of Jiffy CV.

If a catastrophic failure occurs on our end, our total maximum financial liability to you will never exceed the exact amount you paid us for that specific resume scan.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, Delhi NCR.
