Response time
We reply to every message, usually within one working day and at the outside within two. We're a small team in India, so replies land during Indian business hours.
Before you write
If your question is about why a score isn't higher, the how it works section explains this, and the FAQ covers refunds, data deletion and file formats. Both are faster than waiting on us.
Data deletion
Email us from the address on your account and ask. We'll delete your account, your resumes and your scans, and confirm when it's done — within 30 days, and usually far sooner.
