Jiffy CV is a digital service. There is no physical shipment of any kind.

No physical goods
Jiffy CV sells access to an online resume analysis service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical product. There is no packaging, no courier, no tracking number, and no delivery address is ever collected or required.
How delivery works
Delivery is immediate and electronic. When a payment succeeds, the plan you purchased is activated on your account straight away and the scans it includes become available to use at once. There is no waiting period and no manual processing step.
You will also receive a payment receipt by email, containing your invoice details, at the address registered on your account.
What you receive
- The number of scans included in the plan you bought, usable immediately.
- AI rewrite suggestions on those scans, where the plan includes them.
- Unlimited downloads of your optimised resumes as PDF and DOCX files, generated in your browser session and downloaded directly to your device.
The optimised resume files themselves are produced on demand and downloaded by you. Nothing is posted or couriered.

The service is available wherever you can reach the website. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees.
If access does not activate
If a payment succeeds but your plan does not appear on your account, email support@jiffycv.ai or use the contact form with the payment reference. We acknowledge within 1 working day and will either activate the plan or refund it. See our refund policy for the full detail.
