What counts as one scan?
One scan = one resume matched against one job post. It includes your match score, the analysis, the tailored rewrite, suggestions for missing requirements and up to three places to add numbers. Optimising the resume doesn't use a second scan.
What happens when my scans run out?
All your finished scans stay in your account. You just can't start a new one until you buy another plan. We never charge you automatically.
Do unused scans roll over?
No. Each plan's scans are valid for the period shown on the pricing page. Any you haven't used by then expire and don't carry over to a new plan.
Is this a subscription? Will it renew automatically?
No. Paid plans are one-time purchases and never renew on their own. When your scans or time run out, you decide whether to buy again.
What is the refund policy?
It depends on whether a paid scan was used and why you're asking. Please read the refund policy (linked in the footer), and contact support if a scan failed or a payment went wrong.
